Information provided pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 196 of 30.06.2003 "PRIVACY CODE"

Pursuant to Article 13 of Italian Legislative Decree 196 of 30 June 2003, WE WOULD LIKE TO INFORM YOU that our company processes the personal data of customers, suppliers and persons who voluntarily provide (by telephone, fax or e-mail) their personal information to our sales office or to our management office, and of persons whose data has been collected at third-parties during, for example, operations for the acquisition of external data for commercial operations, public lists, etc., in the former case the data processed being exclusively of a common nature.

Our company guarantees within the area of regulatory provisions that the processing of personal data is carried out in compliance with fundamental rights and freedoms, as well as the dignity of the person concerned, with special reference to confidentiality, personal identity and right to the protection of personal data.

Purposes of the processing:
. to fulfill obligations of the law, regulations, European community regulations, civil code and fiscal laws
. to fulfill any contractual obligations towards the person concerned
. to perform activities connected to our company's business, such as filling out of master records and internal statistics, for invoicing purposes, and for the bookkeeping of customer-suppliers transactions
. purposes of a commercial nature, such as the sending of commercial information and advertising material (by mail, fax and e-mail), marketing and market research
. the protection of receivables and management of payables
. insurance purposes, specifically for receivables insurance

In relation to the aforementioned purposes, your personal data will be communicated, if necessary:
. to Public Administrations and Authorities, if so required by the law
. to credit institutions with whom our company entertains relationships for the management of receivables/payables and financial intermediation
. to all physical and/or legal entities, public and/or private (legal, administrative and tax consulting firms, judicial offices, Chambers of Commerce and so on), when such communication is necessary or instrumental to the performance of our activity, and in the methods and for the purposes listed above

The personal data processed by our company is not subject to distribution.

IThe processing can be carried out with or without the help of electronic or in any case automated means, and shall include all operations provided for by Article 4, paragraph 1, letter a) of Italian Legislative Decree 196 of 30 June 2003 and necessary for the processing in question. At any rate, the processing shall be carried out in compliance with every precautionary measure suitable to guarantee its security and confidentiality.

The Privacy Code entitles the persons concerned to exercise their specific rights referred to in Article 7. Specifically, the person concerned is entitled to obtain from the owner of the processing confirmation as to whether personal data concerning him o her exists or not, and to have it communicated to him or her in an understandable form. The person concerned is also entitled to obtain information about the origin of such data, the purposes and methods of the data processing as well as the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments, the identification details of the owner, the persons responsible and the people and categories of people to whom the data may be distributed or who may become aware of it.

The person concerned is entitled to obtain the update, correction, addition, deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law. The person concerned is entitled to object, entirely or in part, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data pertaining to him or her, even though it may be pertinent to the purpose of the data collection, and without reason to the processing regarding him or her for the purposes of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market or commercial communication research. The rights in question can be exercised, including through a person assigned to such task, by sending a request to the appointed responsible person, Mr. Hinteregger Peter, by means of registered letter.
